Eiger Studio est situé à l'extérieur du centre-ville de Leeds depuis près de deux décennies, offrant aux artistes allant des étudiants aux groupes de l'industrie musicale un espace pour créer de l'art et travailler sur leur art.
Jammed a facilité les réservations pour le personnel et les clients
Eiger Studios utilisait auparavant Google Agenda et rencontrait des problèmes avec l'administration et les clients qui ne payaient pas à l'avance, ce qui les obligeait à relancer les clients. Grâce au système convivial de Jammed, les clients peuvent réserver eux-mêmes leurs chambres, tandis qu'Eiger peut facilement suivre ses réservations et gagner du temps lors de ses appels téléphoniques, augmentant ainsi sa productivité.
It's just a lot of back and forth. Whereas with Jammed it's like they [customers] can kind of go in and check ... see when’s free and then book that slot essentially rather than having to like liaise with us every single time that they want ... Jammed just makes that easy for the customers

Something that is great is ... when people have booked with us already and ... I'm booking them in again on the phone ... As soon as I put like just the first name .... it comes up with all the information ... like what they’ve had last time they came.... who books the most .... that's useful information... we don’t always get to see if we were using other systems.
