Eiger Studio has been located outside of Leeds city centre for almost two decades, giving artists ranging from students to bands in the music industry a space to create art and work on their craft.
Jammed made bookings easier for the staff and customers
Eiger Studios previously used Google Calendar and had issues with admin, and customers not paying in advance causing them having to chase people up. But with Jammed’s easy to navigate system, customers can book rooms themselves, whilst Eiger can easily track bookings and save time taking phone calls increasing productivity.
It's just a lot of back and forth. Whereas with Jammed it's like they [customers] can kind of go in and check ... see when’s free and then book that slot essentially rather than having to like liaise with us every single time that they want ... Jammed just makes that easy for the customers

[It's] opened up time for us to be more productive on this stuff…we also know that nothing could go wrong in terms of the bookings. They can't… clash. All the information is saved in. We've got contact details for everybody. If you want to block out rooms it's dead easy. There's just plenty of things we use it for now.

Jammed helped minimise the risks of no-shows and double bookings saving Eiger Studios' admin time trying to sort it, and ensure their resources are used effectively.
People booking themselves then they … pay there and then... So, it's kind of almost a bit more of a guarantee that this band definitely coming in.

Jammed helped Eiger studios keep track of previous bookings, allowing rebooking with ease, even showing what room was booked previously. Jammed also provides useful information like people who book the most showing Eiger who their loyal customers are.
Something that is great is ... when people have booked with us already and ... I'm booking them in again on the phone ... As soon as I put like just the first name .... it comes up with all the information ... like what they’ve had last time they came.... who books the most .... that's useful information... we don’t always get to see if we were using other systems.
