I wanted something that was for us and that was unique. And then I realised when somebody else says, you know, well this one's brilliant, it works well, it looks great, and it's very simple. One person…will often be in multiple bands and they will be booking under different bands names. And so for us we get to see the different bands they’re in rather than just thinking that they're in every night with the same band. We've been able to approach our marketing differently as a result.

The Jammed site … makes it so much easier for me as a business manager to then go through and change people's bookings… In previous ones … you've had to completely shut down a booking. Go through, cancel it, refund it through… a banking site. Then try and rebook them again hoping that nobody else has booked in that time…Jammed just makes it so easy that you can just then edit [the] session and change the time, change the room that they want to go into.
