Red Note Rehearsal Studios in New York ist ein verrückter Proberaum im Twin Peak-Stil, der von Joey mit Leidenschaft betrieben wird.
Das alte Buchungssystem von Red Note war immer von Doppelbuchungen bedroht.
Vor Jammed bearbeitete Joey Buchungen mit einer Software, die für diesen Zweck ungeeignet war. Er kam mit einem Kalender und einer Tabellenkalkulation zurecht, nahm Anrufe und E-Mails entgegen und gab dann alle Kundendaten und Termine manuell ein. Das System war unzuverlässig und auf eine Weise eingeschränkt, die man nicht einmal vorhersagen konnte.
It was a shit show before I had Jammed! I think I was using a hair styling calendar. That system only allowed my customers to book two hours max and that was only on the even hours! Another nightmare of double bookings happened, losing track of who was who when we were using the Google Sheets.

I was blown away that you could do multiple hours and so much customization to the booking system. There might be bands that play here that might not even know we’re humans, like with how efficient it works. They land on the website, book a studio and then you know it's so straightforward.

Red Note ist sich sehr bewusst, dass sie Kunden verlieren würden, wenn ihr System nicht so schnell und effizient wäre.
Als Red Note sich bei Studiobuchungsanfragen auf Telefonanrufe und E-Mails verließ, bestand immer das Risiko, dass sie nicht rechtzeitig reagierten oder nicht schnell genug antworteten. Wenn Bands andere Möglichkeiten für Proberäume in der Nähe haben, müssen Sie sicherstellen, dass sie keinen Grund haben, woanders hinzugehen.
There was a lot of back and forth [before Jammed]. There is kind of a shelf life, like if people don't get the answer immediately, they might just go somewhere else. If it's complicated at all, I feel like people are just gonna jump. I feel like Jammed is so smooth, the form is quick. The faster and quicker way a person can book a room, the better.
