Most systems for scheduling are for plumbers, nail salons, restaurants, all these different situations where you don't have the option to, say, add congas in there, throw in some microphones. They're gonna have this many people, they need the piano this way, an extra keyboard. There wasn't one until Jammed. It had exactly that.

Customers can go and book themselves, adjust themselves, they can cancel for themselves. …I look at how many folks have cancelled on their own I'm like huh that probably would have been about a 10-minute phone call for each one of those and there's five cancels that's about an hour. I've made a cool Instagram post in that time! I think it has relieved stress of all those back and forths with customers. We have time to do other projects.

[Jammed] has add-ons for extra gear, that was even labeled and set up already in the software. There's a dropdown for gear options, there's a dropdown for your customer base, your past booking, and who's paid, who hasn't paid, there's price differences when we add additional gear…

Wenn neue Studiomitarbeiter zum Team stoßen, ist Jammed intuitiv und leicht zu erlernen.
Früher brauchten neue Mitarbeiter von Michiko Wochen, um sich mit ihrem alten System vertraut zu machen, aber Camille sagt, dass bei Jammed alles einfach ist.
When training a new team member, bringing them into the old software was like a two-week process. For new staff coming in at Michiko now, it’s all there in front of them. To have all those little things where you can solve issues easily, you can find the answer if someone asks a question. It’s so easy and so transparent.

Jammed hat Michiko sogar dabei geholfen, neue Kunden zu gewinnen
Jammed gibt dem Kunden im Voraus alle Informationen über das Studio. Wenn er also mit dem Raum, der Einrichtung, der zu mietenden Ausrüstung usw. nicht vertraut ist, kann er durch Fotos der Räume scrollen, die Abmessungen überprüfen, um sicherzustellen, dass der Raum die richtige Größe für seine Bedürfnisse hat, und sicherstellen, dass die benötigte Ausrüstung dort ist, wo und wann sie sie braucht. Having Jammed as a platform to book for Michiko has been super helpful bringing in new customers, especially nowadays so many folks don’t like being on the phone, emailing and all of that can be a lot, so through Jammed they can just go onto their phone, they can find the time that works for them and it shows them all the rooms lined up, what's in them with the photo there…
