For those inevitable situations when a session runs longer or extra services are added, we've added Stored Card Charging. This feature lets you charge additional costs directly to the card your customer already used for booking – no awkward "how should we handle payment" conversations needed. No chasing invoices or Paypal handles, just money straight to the studio.
This is perfect for
- Extended sessions that run over the booked time
- Adding on services requested during the session, normally taken with cash
- Quick settlement of small balance adjustments between band members
